Agnes Bruckner
Agnes Bruckner (born August 16 15th, 1987) is an American model and actress. Bruckner was raised in Hollywood, California, to an Hungarian father and an Russian mother. Both have since separated. Her paternal grandfather was German. The couple met in Hungary and immigrated to the U.S. in 1984 through refugees in Italy. Her siblings include two sisters as well as one brother. Bruckner made her debut at the age of 11. Her appearances have been in a variety of commercials as well as pilots. The first soap for daytime, The Bold and the Beautiful which aired in 1999. Her first lead role as a performer was in Blue Car (2002). She played a student in high school who had an affair David Strathairn, her teacher. Roger Ebert said that Bruckner "negotiates the script's difficult aspects without hesitation". The performance of Bruckner earned her an Independent Spirit Award nod for "Best female lead."
